These clients had several things that they were frustrated with about their home. Lack of privacy, feeling of being cramped, small showers, etc.. The Bailey Design Build team was able to make the kitchen flow nicely into the family room that now has a large island with plenty of counter space. Hardwood floors throughout have been refinished and give the space a clean, updated feel. The family room now allows for a functional layout. The 2nd floor bedroom now has space for a king size bed and spa like bathroom. A large shower and separate free standing tub compliment a double bowl sink and a separate make-up station with tons of storage. Floor heat under the tile make the space comfortable and luxurious year round. An additional ensuite bathroom was installed in place of the old laundry room to give separation for the kids.
