These clients really wanted an open floor plan. They have been in this home for a long time and were committed to stay in it. Architectural Builders were able to achieve this by adding an open, contemporary design, custom light fixtures, reclaimed beams and shiplap, paneling, shaker cabinets, updating original stone working fireplace, and adding a master chef island. They also helped with exterior landscaping, patio and lighting for their pool.
